We began that journey in 2009 by launching the UK’s first cloud-based Electronic Ticket Machine – a breakthrough that revolutionised the industry.

Our innovative spirit didn’t stop at hardware. In fact, you could say we’ve outgrown our name as in addition to ticketing, we’ve since become the leading partner to the UK bus and coach industry for real-time information and fleet management solutions.

John Clarfelt, Ticketer founder, is awarded an O.B.E in King's Birthday Honours list for services to the bus industry.

Both the TK300 and the Ticketer franchising solution launch on-board the Bee Network, following being awarded TfGM's ticketing and AVL contract by TfGM in 2021.
