Do you need Ticketer hardware to use the software functionality?

Yes, our Ticketer Poral infrastructure works in tandem with our on-bus hardware.

The Ticketer Portal feeds critical operational information regarding ticket prices, capping, fare zones, stops and routes to our ticket machines, which in turn feeds essential data regarding live vehicle location, ticket sales, passenger levels and travel trends directly into the franchise owner and operator portals.

Without the hardware, the critical data that underpins your fleet would not be available.

Do the bolt-on features come at an extra cost?

Yes – the Ticketer Portal is our core software infrastructure.

Any additional bolt-on features that you choose to supercharge your fleet with will be added on at an additional cost to your license fee.

What data and insights will operators have access to?

Operators receive network-wide, real-time operational information, covering ticket sales, punctuality, disruptions, driver duties and more.

Furthermore, the Ticketer Insights Hub – the suite of business intelligence dashboards included in license fees – provides actionable insights for evidence-based decision making.

What ongoing support is available?

We want every one of our customers to feel fully supported – both during implementation and on an ongoing basis.
