Brad ha estado con Ticketer desde 2012, y dirige nuestros comprometidos equipos de atención al cliente. Después de haber trabajado como desarrollador y probador de software predominantemente en el sector de vehículos, conoce los detalles técnicos a la perfección y es un gran apasionado de dar un toque personal cuando se trata de tecnología. Cree que nuestros clientes no deberían ser expertos en tecnología, ese es nuestro trabajo, y si necesitan un poco de ayuda, nuestros equipos de soporte están ahí para resolverlo.
