Chief Executive Officer

Kelly originally joined Ticketer as Group Chief Operating Officer in 2021 prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2023. With over 20 years’ experience in her field, Kelly is excited to lead the company on its continued growth journey and is driven to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction is achieved. Kelly lives in the North Yorkshire countryside and enjoys walking and spending time with friends and family.

Adam Toone

Chief Commercial and Operations Officer

With 7+ years of experience gained in the public transport industry, Adam Toone brings a wealth of knowledge and a customer-first approach to his role as Chief Commercial and Operations Officer.

With previous positions as CEO of UrbanThings and Digital Director at Arriva, where Adam notably launched Arriva Click across multiple UK locations and led the rollout of Optibus within Arriva Regions and Arriva London, Adam understands the needs of the industry and is committed to driving customer success. How? By building strong relationships and delivering innovative solutions that create value for Ticketer’s customers and the communities they serve.

There’s no rest for Adam outside of work, as he will often be found staying active by playing tennis, padel or going on adventures with his family.

Andreea Reardon

Chief Technology Officer

Andreea has a wealth of experience within the world of public transport and is a well-respected professional within the industry. As Chief Technology Officer at Ticketer, Andreea is responsible for developing and delivering our technology roadmap and vision. Andreea is passionate about bringing tech innovation to life for our operators and enjoys pushing the boundaries on what we can achieve.

Michelle Cawley

Chief People Officer

Michelle’s HR career began over 15 years ago, and for the last 6 years she has been supporting the growth of Ticketer, helping it develop from a start-up to the mature business it is today.

Michelle is passionate about creating modern, flexible, and supportive People functions, where bureaucracy is low and employee engagement and satisfaction is high. She believes in investing in business-enhancing HR systems and services, allowing employees to spend more time doing the work that they love.

If you ask Michelle about her career-to-date in HR, she could share many stories! But first and foremost, she’d reflect on the many job offers she has been fortunate to share with candidates and the joy she feels when supporting the well-being and growth of her colleagues.

Bradley Todd

Director of Research and Development

Bradley has been with Ticketer since 2012, and is responsible for UK Customer Success. Having previously worked as a developer and in software testing predominantly for vehicle-based products, he knows the technical details inside-out, but is determined to deliver a personal touch when it comes to technology. He believes that our products shouldn’t need tech experts to operate. Bradley is committed to building partnerships with our customers, and has a real passion for always doing what’s right for them.

Naomi Hayes

Finance Director

ACA-qualified and trained at PWC, Naomi brings over 12 years of experience in financial leadership to Ticketer with previous notable roles at BES Group and DHC Group. In her day-to-day, Naomi is passionate about analysing data, solving complex financial puzzles, developing long-term financial strategies, and aligning financial goals with business objectives to grow Ticketer sustainably.

Not one solely for number crunching, Naomi is a keen sports enthusiast outside of work and plays both padel and netball. At weekends, Naomi enjoys astronomy and can be found using her telescope for a spot of evening stargazing.
