Commenting on Ticketer’s Q1 and Q2 engagement plans, Adam Toone, Chief Commercial and Operations Officer at Ticketer, said:
“Last year, we set a clear business objective to prioritise face-to-face engagement with our customers, be it through direct meetings or at Ticketer Customer Roadshows and industry events. That commitment is only going to be strengthened further in 2026.
We have expanded our Customer Success Director team to provide customers with more one-to-one time with a dedicated point of contact, we are participating in an increased number of industry events this year, and we are proud to be launching a new webinar series that complements this in-person approach by offering flexible, virtual engagement.
Together, these initiatives ensure we are supporting our customers in the ways that work best for them – meeting them where they are, when they need us, and on the topics that matter most.”
