Filmed on location at both Samsung KX in London and at Whippet Bus in Cambridge, the case study spotlights the industry-leading TK300 and brings to life how the driver console, which utilises the Samsung Tab Active, enables smoother boarding, faster payments and future-proof flexibility for operators and drivers alike.
With interviews from Samantha Hitchcock, Account Director Samsung, Ticketer’s Kelly Hannah and Adam Toone, plus Ed Cameron, Director at Whippet, the case study explores both suppliers’ perspectives, but most importantly the customer and driver view on how the cutting-edge hardware and intelligent software has delivered a faster, more reliable and user-friendly experience for both drivers and passengers.
