COVID-19 UPDATE

We wanted to update you with our current COVID-19 business continuity plans.

We have two prime objectives: the health and safety of our team and continued quality support for our customers.  It is still very much business as usual here at Ticketer, and we are committed to making sure we are available for you when you need us. In light of the recent Government guidance, and in order to deliver on our promises, we have taken the decision to ask our office-based teams to work from home wherever possible. We do not envisage this impacting you in any way, and you can continue to use the regular forms of communication that you have with us. These are obviously unprecedented times so we will of course keep you updated if anything changes.
