Our Electronic Ticket Machines (ETMs) are customised to operators and individualised to the lives that passengers lead. It’s an integrated ticketing system that drives insights, informs operations and fuels revenue. And as technology progresses and passenger preferences change, so do our ticketing systems, future-proofing your business.
Our most popular ticket machine, perfect for fixed installations and busy urban routes. It has an adjustable screen, printer, ITSO certified card reader supporting contactless payment and an optional barcode scanner.
Great things really do come in small packages. Ideally suited to smaller passenger vehicles or coaches, it does exactly the same as Ticketer standard but with the added bonus of it being totally mobile.
Working in tandem with Ticketer ETMs, the pole mounted reader enables frictionless travel with one simple tap out with a contactless card. With Tap In/Tap Out, you’re no longer forced to change your fare structure in order to introduce account based ticketing.
This is designed for setups where the passenger boards away from the driver, such as smaller community buses. It has the same screen size as our standard model, but with a smaller printer and a separate smartcard reader.
This self-contained machine in a stainless steel travel case is designed for operations that need a semi-mobile point of sale machine for different locations, like schools and libraries. Just plug into the mains and go.
The Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT) invited Andy Monshaw to give his views on the future of bus ticketing. In his first blog as Group CEO for Ticketer, Andy writes about the shift to contactless ticketing and the exciting road ahead for the deployment of new technologies.
