ORDER FORM - REQUESTING A TICKETER ADAPTOR

In what’s being called the 3G Sunset, UK mobile operators are turning off their 3G network to create more bandwidth for 4G and 5G services. You can read more about this here.

Ticketer large ETMs (listed on your portal as “TK200”) rely on 3G to communicate with the Ticketer back-office and whilst they can operate offline, this loss of 3G connectivity will impact functionality, data collection, and contactless revenue.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO…

We want to ensure all our customers are prepared for this and are 4G ready by the end of the year. We’ve therefore developed a low-cost solution called the Ticketer Adaptor, which comes at £80 per Adaptor and can be easily attached to your ETMs to provide 4G connectivity.

All you need to do is fill in the below form and we’ll be in touch with a Sales Order for you to sign-off ahead of fulfilment.

Installing the Adaptor yourself is very easy and most cost effective, however let us know below if you would like to discuss installation options:*

If Ticketer provide your SIMs, we will pre-install new 4G ones into your Adaptor(s) so you don’t need to do anything. If we do not provide them then you can easily install 4G SIMs yourself. Let us know below.*
