When running your services over the festive period, you may need to make some changes to your usual schedule, prices and even tickets, so we have created the following help sheets to enable you to seamlessly configure your Ticketer system to accept these changes:
- Schedule Adherence: Amending operational dates for Christmas and Bank Holidays – if you are running any services over the festive period and you are using Ticketer’s Schedule Adherence feature, or sending service predictions to a Real Time Information (RTI) system, you may wish to configure the system to seamlessly handle your service changes that are in effect over this period.
- Duties and Running Boards: Amending Operational Dates for Christmas and New Year – this will provide you with assistance on how to set up the correct Duties or Running Boards within the Ticketer system over the festive period.
- Updating your tickets to be festive – with the logo feature you can simply, and easily, create and upload a festive image for your tickets and spread some Christmas cheer to your passengers.
- Amending ticket prices for the festive period – if you offer a reduced fare over key dates in the festive period, rather than amend these fares on an ‘as-needed’ basis, it may be easier to configure these fares to automatically be valid on the respective dates and publish these changes in advance.
