Did you know? - New Portal Menu Structure 

We are constantly looking at ways to improve our Ticketer Portal to ensure Operators are able to manage their data simply and quickly. With this in mind, we have updated the menu structure to provide you with quicker access and reflect the broader range of features the Ticketer system now offers.  

We haven’t made this live yet as we would like to show you these exciting changes first, so we have asked our UK Head of Product, Jason Mann to present you with an exclusive preview of the new menu and the reasoning behind it.  

 In Summary…

  • The menu structure has evolved to better support the features availablebut importantly the functions within remain the same. 
  • The menu bar has been optimised for touch screens, so is more intuitive for smartphones and tablets. 
  • A search icon has been added Portal wide to enable you to quickly access any function, or to search for specific Duties, Services etc.
